Who We are

Velt Consults Ltd, one of Uganda’s leading engineering and development consultancies, is a private limited company established in 2014 to provide environmental consulting services in Uganda and beyond. The company has recently expanded its business portfolio to include engineering, social development, human resources, and organisational development services.

Company Partners possess the associated vision, expertise, and mindset to drive the business to deliver the right results that rightly impact our clientele. At Velt Consults Limited, we are passionate and committed to building and maintaining a competitive and reputable company brand. A brand that shall be recognised and known for its service excellence as a derivative of our operational efficiency, high-performance teams, and culture of continuous improvement.

Providing multidisciplinary consulting services in engineering, project management, environmental science, and development activities, Velt has been engaged in assignments throughout Uganda for over eight years. We have completed several projects in Uganda for international funding and aid agencies, government organisations, and private sector clients.

We are committed to implementing quality management in all corporate activities and on projects undertaken on behalf of clients. To this end, we operate under a quality management, environmental management, safety management, and risk management system that satisfies the requirements of ISO 9001:2000, ISO 14001:2004, AS4801:2001, and AS 4360:2004.

Velt’s structure mirrors our vision to be an exclusively distinct consulting brand in pursuit of service leadership and to achieve our mission of meeting the needs of clients and the community through professional excellence and innovation.

Velt operates through a lean and efficient organisational structure to meet those goals better. A company board directs Velt’s consulting activities, assisted at a senior level by experienced Managing and Executive Lead Partners and by various Departmental Heads. These officers are responsible for managing Velt’s projects, our professional and technical resources within the various functional disciplines, and our client liaison and business development strategies nationally and internationally.

The Quality and Environmental Management Systems manager closely monitors our consulting services and reports directly to the lead Partners.
